  • WEAR PLATE MANUFACTURING MACHINE

    Fully automatic twin torch wear plate manufacturing machine with annual manufacturing capacity of 2400 mtr sq. Varity of chromium carbide and complex carbide deposited are offered with variable thickness combinations, like 5+3, 6+4, 8+4, 12+4, 16+4, 6+6, 8+6, 12+6,14+6, 10+8 etc. Straight plates with standard size 1400X3000 MM and customized wear plates as per customer's drawings are offered.

  • PLATE BENDING MACHINE

    Pyramid type plate bending machine capacity: - Width 2500 MM (Max.) and plate thickness 25 MM in full width.

  • WEAR PLATE MANUFACTURING

    CNC fully automatic wear plate manufacturing machine having capacity of 1200 mtr square per annum.

  • PLASMA CUTTING MACHINE

    CNC plasma cutting machine: - Fully automatic CNC air plasma cutting machine to cut up to 35 MM thickness of wear plates with hardness from 55-68 HRC.
